The grove
Olive trees older than memory.
Every Z A M A N piece begins with the land — terraced hills, old trees, and families who have tended them for generations.
زمان — Arabic for “time”
Nabulsi olive-oil soap, the keffiyeh and hand-stitched tatreez — made in Palestine, finished for the finest shelves, spas and gift tables of the Gulf and Europe.
The object
Olive oil, poured, cut by hand and stamped with a seal — then stacked in open towers to dry, the way Nablus has made it for generations. We keep the method, and give it a presentation worthy of it.
The grove
Every Z A M A N piece begins with the land — terraced hills, old trees, and families who have tended them for generations.
The oil
The oil that lights a Palestinian kitchen is the same oil that becomes our soap.
The soap
A craft measured not in minutes, but in seasons.
The thread
Patterns once told which village a dress came from. We carry that language onto pouches, boxes and keepsakes.
The journey
Each piece leaves with its story written on it — so whoever receives it knows where it has been.
The keffiyeh
Three motifs, read by many as a map of a people: the sea, the tree and the road.
Often read as the sea, and the fishermen of the coast.
Often read as the olive tree — rootedness and endurance.
Often read as the old trade routes that crossed Palestine.
